c. Hinkley New Castle exterior lighting, color: black.

Motion by C.Meisel/Muggli to approve. Motion carried unanimously.

3. Discussion/action on construction of new garage at the Baumgartner residence, 2280 W Dean Rd:

a. Architect Tyler Blake of Wade Weissman Architecture present.

Motion by C.Meisel/Muggli to postpone to the September meeting due to additional information needed. Motion carried unanimously.
