- Approval of minutes from the December 19, 2016 meeting: Motion by Harding/Juehring to approve. Motion carried unanimously.
- Discussion/action on the installation of a light pole fixture for the University School of Milwaukee addition, 2100 W Fairy Chasm Rd. The original submission for the addition was approved at the September 19, 2016 meeting. All other lighting and landscaping was approved at the December 19, 2016 meeting: Motion by Muggli/Juehring to approve as originally submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
- Discussion/action on installation of an exterior light fixture at the Siegrist residence,7790 N Pheasant Ln. This item was part of a mudroom/laundry room project that was approved minus the light fixtures on December 19, 2016. Was held over due to a no show.
- Discussion/action on siding material for the Kambouris residence, 8901 N Spruce Rd. The original submission for brick siding was approved at the September 19, 2016 meeting. Held over so that Mr. Kambouris can show stone and siding samples.
