- Approval of minutes from the January 16, 2017 meeting: Motion by H. Meisel/Plautz to approve. Motion carried unanimously.
- Discussion/action on the addition of a Lanai/Porch at the Gleason residence, 2005 W. Fairy Chasm Road, presentation by Meg Baninkiewicz, Architect: Motion by C. Meisel/Muggli to approve with, Central States Standing Seam Roof – Burnished Slate in color; Hardee Board siding – Galvaston Grey in color, with Extra White trim . Motion carried unanimously.
- Discussion/action on siding material for the Kambouris residence, 8901 N Spruce Rd. The original submission for brick siding was approved at the September 19, 2016 meeting. Held over so that Mr. Kambouris can show stone and siding samples. Motion by Harding/Nielson to approve as submitted, with Halquist Stone – Kensington in color; LP Smart Siding – Light French Grey in color; Champion Brick – Fort Miami in color. Motion carried unanimously.
