1. Approval of minutes from the October 17, 2016 meeting: motion by C. Meisel/Muggli to approve. Motion carried unanimously.

2. Discussion/action of removal of covered porch, construction of deck railing, re-siding of East and South elevations, replacement of windows, installation of railing on second floor, replacement of garage doors, and replacement of screen door at the Donohue residence, 1155 W Dean Rd:

a. Homeowner Kieran Donohue present
b. IPE deck with white painted skirting, black iron railing
c. LP Smart Side Cedar Shake – color white
d. Marin Casement windows with removable grid inserts
e. Black iron railing with mesh wire across the center section
f. Single Marvin door with glass side pieces

Motion by Harding/Juehring to approve submission minus the garage doors submission which lacked proper documents. Motion carried unanimously.
