Section 14.12. NO ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY BY VILLAGE OF RIVER HILLS.  This Chapter shall not be construed as assuming any liability on the part of the Village of River Hills for any damages to any person injured or any property damaged or destroyed, by reason of any defect in any building, structure or equipment, electrical wiring, installation, or equipment, or for any failure to take any action or give any order under or pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
