19.24 VIOLATIONS OF THIS CHAPTER.  No person shall violate any provisions of this chapter. The Department or its designee shall enforce any provision of this article, and the enforcement provisions of the statutes or state administrative code sections adopted by this article and Wis. Stats. ch. 93, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection which are hereby incorporated herein as though fully set forth pertaining to the authority for compliance and enforcement of these provisions: Wisc.
