Section 30.14(49) STRUCTURE.  Anything framed, constructed or assembled out of component parts and which is erected or relocated so as to be fastened to, or rest on, a permanent foundation or the ground, or which constitutes a structural alteration or addition to an existing structure, for any occupancy or use whatsoever, including permanent fences, and excluding removable signs showing names and/or street numbers, and mail boxes.
