NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK
TO EXAMINE ASSESSMENT ROLL
Village of River Hills, Milwaukee County
The Board of Review will meet on the 5th day of June, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. at the River Hills Village Hall, 7650 N. Pheasant Lane for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the thirty day period beginning on the 2nd Monday of May, pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1) of Wis. Statutes. Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not completed the Board of Review shall adjourn immediately after 5:00 p.m. to a date specified at that time.
Pursuant to Sec 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the 2017 assessment year will be open for examination on dates announced at the June 5, 2017 5:00 p.m. meeting. Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at the time or open book for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.
Notice is hereby given this 23rd day of May, 2017.
