Section 14.11. INSPECTION FEES.

(1)       General Charges.  The applicable fees for inspecting all electrical equipment or installations shall be those fees set forth in the Village of River Hills Fee Schedule for Electrical Permits as adopted and subject to amendment from time to time by Resolution of the Village Board.  The Resolution and the applicable schedule of fees shall be kept on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and will be posted on the village website. (2)       Additional.  An additional fee as set forth in the schedule of fees as adopted and subject to amendment from time to time by Resolution of the Village Board shall be charged to and paid by the licensed electrician in the event the said licensee shall fail to obtain a final inspection of any work for which a permit has been issued.  The Resolution and the applicable schedule of fees shall be kept on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and will be posted on the village website.  (Am. 03/06/19, Ord # 534)

(3)        Administrative Fees.  A non-refundable administrative fee as set forth in the schedule of fees as adopted and subject to amendment from time to time by Resolution of the Village Board shall be paid in addition to the permit fees for each electrical permit.  The Resolution and the applicable schedule of fees shall be kept on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and will be posted on the village website.
