19.20 REAPPLICATION OF A REVOKED LICENSE.  A person whose license has been revoked may, at any time, make reapplication for a revoked license.  Within 7 days after the receipt of satisfactory application, accompanied by a signed statement by the applicant that the violations have been corrected, the Department or designee shall make a preinspection and thereafter as many additional reinspections as deemed necessary to assure that the applicant has complied with the requirements. If the findings indicate compliance, the Department may reinstate the license.
