6. Additional comments from the public
- Update was given on the Wilson property that was approved in May 2017 with contingencies. Architect turned in new plans with corrections and was issued a permit.
- Questions arose about unpermitted projects. Manager Lear said he will look into creating a new policy for enforcement once violation is brought to the attention of the board.
